When your offers are live, the Filemonk app ensures instant and automatic delivery. As soon as a purchase is made, a customer gains immediate access to their downloads, enhancing their shopping experience and reducing the need for manual intervention on your part. Customers will be able to download the purchased files on the order confirmation page and in the email that you can send automatically. Plus, you can add your brand elements and customize the email and download pages. On top of that, you can send notifications to buyers when files are updated.
Filemonk also provides advanced content protection features, ensuring the security of your digital files. By setting download limits, you can control the number of times and the duration for files being available for download, minimizing the risk of unauthorized sharing. Additionally, there’s an option to stream audio and video content using Filemonk’s built-in player.
