The Social Snowball app is not a marketplace to recruit new affiliates, but it helps you to onboard and manage acquired partners, as well as convert your customers into ambassadors that refer your products to others.
After the purchase, your customer will see an invitation to become an affiliate and share a referral code or link. Everything is customizable: you set the message to encourage referrals, design a discount or another reward, etc. An affiliate account is automatically created for each customer who completes an order on your store.
Social Snowball tracks each affiliate’s performance and shows it in the dashboard. There, you can also configure commissions and group your partners by different criteria. With that said, you can link certain commissions to certain products or groups of affiliates.
On top of that, Social Snowball makes payouts quick and easy for both merchants and their affiliates. Within your dashboard, you can pick among available methods to fulfill the payment. A detailed account of the rewards is listed nearby. Both you and your affiliates can track sales and payouts.
The Social Snowball app offers two subscription types with a 30-day free trial. The Snow Day plan charges $99 per month and 3% of generated revenue. You will get an unlimited number of affiliates, a post-purchase flow, customization of sign-up flows, and tracking links. The Blizzard plan costs $499 per month and grants you no commission fees, enterprise support via the Slack Connect channel, and a dedicated account manager.
