Trackeroo is a Shopify app that will help you create an order tracking page on your store and provide real-time shipping updates to customers. Instead of giving shoppers a link to a third-party delivery provider, you’ll provide information on order delivery on your website.
You can customize your tracking page, show the estimated delivery time there, and a map. On top of that, you can cross-sell other products on that page, increasing the chances of customer retention.
Besides helping your customers to conveniently track their orders, the Trackeroo app offers you a shipping dashboard to control order fulfillment. It supports 1,200+ carrier services and integrations with dropshipping apps. You can use filters to search for particular shipments and easily see their statuses.
Trackeroo has a free version for stores with up to 50 monthly shipments. You’ll have a tracking page with Trackeroo’s branding and a limited number of supported carriers. Paid plans are Essentials ($9.99, up to 100 shipments), Professional ($34.99, up to 500 shipments), and Enterprise ($119.99, up to 3,000 shipments). If you exceed the limit, you’ll pay an extra fee for each additional monthly shipment.
Paid plans include all supporter carriers and integrations, as well as a tracking page without Trackeroo’s branding.
