The script is loaded asynchronously only on the order confirmation page, it's not loaded on the storefront. We use Cloudflare CDN that ensures fast loading times anywhere in the world.

Feature-wise there is no difference. The plan is always set per your Shopify plan. We are using this logic to estimate the traffic volume on your store as the bigger the traffic is, the higher are the infrastructure cost.
