The main challenge was to ensure a quick migration from WooCommerce to Shopify within X weeks. At the same time, it was necessary to improve the design and functionality of the online store. Our precise planning in JIRA and fine-tuned project workflow ensured that the implementation was swift and flawless. We preserved existing features, added a few new ones, and enhanced both the user experience and the design template.
