We are seeking an e-commerce specialist with a basic understanding of online business and excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate for us is someone who is eager to learn and capable of mastering modern tools and integrations related to the operation of an online store. In addition, a strong sense of design and the ability to identify visual imperfections and trends are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

Building Shopify stores in theme customization tools.
Collaborate with clients to analyze and design future store solution.
Managing Google Search Console for store migrations.
Proficient in importing data into Shopify using CSVs or apps like Matrixify, including working with feeds and data sheets.
Well-structured investigation and analysis of apps possible to use for our clients.
Setting up all the functions of the store to make it work even better, including app installation.
Providing general support and knowledge to our customer’s E-commerce businesses.

Requirements

Experience with the Shopify platform is a big advantage.
Basic knowledge of SEO and Google tools, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Basic UX knowledge or experience to ensure a user-friendly store design.
Fluency in both Czech and English is a must. While our international team primarily uses English for daily communication, proficiency in Czech is important for client interactions.
Willingness to go the extra mile to make customers happy.
