Who we are looking for

Your role will be building e-commerce solutions, creating responsive designs and implementing app integrations. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment on one of the most widely used e-commerce platforms globally, requiring strong technical and problem-solving skills, along with a willingness to adopt new tools and technologies.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Frontend developer with strong skills in JavaScript/Typescript.
Strong styling skills with a focus on responsive and cross-browser design using HTML and CSS.
Experience in using Git for version control to collaborate on projects effectively.
Ability to take ownership of tasks, demonstrating proactivity and good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
Knowledge of technical English, both in written and spoken form.
Availability Monday through Friday between 9:00 am- 3:00 pm (CET).

Nice-to-have

Experience with Shopify platform fundamentals, including templating language Liquid and Shopify API.
Experience with REST, AJAX API and GraphQL.
Familiarity with analytics, tracking tools and tracking events implementation.
Experience with automation tools, such as Make or Zapier.
Knowledge of Czech language, both spoken and written, is a plus.

Challenges

Develop complex customizations within Shopify limitations.
Contribute to internal projects with focus on our own products.
Build Shopify custom apps for Shopify Plus clients.
Stay updated with new Shopify features and technologies to meet the demands of projects.

Pre-screening - initial video call with our Senior IT Recruiter.
Technically speaking - the first round of hiring with the DEV Team lead and CTO.
Second technical round with some team members.
Paid weekly assignment - a real assignment in our code base.
