The Auto Tags Shopify app allows for tagging your orders, customers, and products. You can use the app to tag a specific item (SKU), a purchase made by first-time or other types of customers, an order assigned to a specific location or placed using a specific sales channel like Shopify POS. Auto Tags segments customers into groups based on their buying behavior, lifetime value tiers, or product/SKU ordered. To keep your products in order, Auto Tags marks them based on variant options, title, inventory level, etc.
Auto Tags offers you to create your workflow, but you can also choose a predefined one. You can pick, for example, the following:
- Tagging orders that contain a specific product
- Tagging orders placed in person using Shopify POS
- Tagging products based on variant options
- Tagging products that are out of stock.
To create a tailor-made workflow, you can contact the support, and they’ll take your particular needs into account.
The Auto Tags app checks and tags your data consistently, so you will have your orders, products, and customers tagged immediately after their creation or update. The app is also capable of processing your historical orders, customers, and products to give you a full picture of the performance of your store.
There are four pricing plans for you. The free plan is available only for trial and development stores. The basic plan costs $8 per month and is not available for Shopify Plus merchants. The professional plan, which costs $15 per month, grants up to 10,000 tags and a dedicated queue for long-running tasks. The business plan costs $30 per month and proposes up to 50,000 tags.
