Track123 is a Shopify shipping app that lets you create a branded order tracking page and get analytics on shipment statuses and order lookups. It supports over 800 carriers for you to integrate their delivery data on your page.
You can modify the look of your tracking page so that it fits your theme, add a map, hide some information (if it makes sense for a dropshipping business, for example), and add a cross-selling section to promote other products.
The app is integrated with email services like Klaviyo so that you can automate email messages about order delivery statuses. It also fits Shopify Flow if you want to add order tracking workflows (note that this functionality is only available to merchants on the Advanced and Shopify Plus plans).
The shipment dashboard in Track123 features 8 standard statuses, and the app visualizes the distribution of these statuses on a graph.
The app claims to be totally free. In fact, it remains free for small businesses with up to 100 monthly shipments. If you exceed this limit, you’ll need to pay a fee on each order. There’s also a possibility to request custom pricing for enterprise-level needs.
