Our team certainly didn't slack off at the beginning of autumn. We have been working hard to complete our long-awaited project and we are happy to finally introduce the Digismoothie store. But don't look for agency merch in it. Our new store will now offer our most requested services and products! You'll find out right away how much it costs, how long it takes to implement and what exact results we will deliver.
And wouldn't it be easier to just email?
We beg to differ. Ordering agency services is often preceded by dozens of emails. We have simplified the ordering of our services. We've designed the store so that we get the information and data we need from you right the first time. In turn, you know right away how much it will cost and what you will get in return for your money.

What services can I order on the store and who are the services meant for?
When working on the idea of our own store with e-commerce products, we mainly thought about existing Shopify store owners who frequently request very similar services from us, such as integration of our applications, e-commerce audits or multilingualism of the store. For these activities, we already have established processes and therefore it is easy to determine the price and time we will dedicate to your order.

How do I purchase a product on your store?
It is practically the same as if you were buying a t-shirt online. For each service you will find a detailed description that will tell you what is a part of the service/product, what are the benefits, how much it costs and how long will the delivery of this product take. You'll also find out what we'll need from you to get started and will be informed of the progress of your ordered product. Of course, you know the price and completion date in advance.
You add one or more services to your cart, register and enter your billing information, then pay for the order and supply us with the necessary data. And then it's up to us. We test everything properly before we give you the result. Completions range from 3 to 7 working days depending on the complexity. In most cases, we will only need access to your Shopify store. However, some services include a necessary initial video call - for example, an our initial audit product. The completion date will therefore also depend on your cooperation.
What does the handover process look like?
We will send you an email with the details when it is ready. If we have worked on any of the integrations for you, instructional videos/presentations will also be included to help you understand everything quickly.
