Rivyo Product Reviews & QA is designed to help Shopify merchants showcase their product reviews. In the app’s dashboard, you can filter the reviews you have by different criteria and choose which ones will be shown on your site and how.
Besides creating beautiful review widgets or even a dedicated page with customer reviews, you can send out review requests with the help of this app. Customize the email template and set automated emails to customers who purchase particular products.
In the paid plan, you also can send out custom coupon code emails to those customers who leave a review.
Another helpful functionality: the Rivyo app includes analytics to monitor how many reviews you get for different products, from various sources, etc.
Apart from product review features, Rivyo lets you show and answer customer questions about products. It’s a great way to interact with store visitors and understand what additional information they require.
As for the pricing, the free plan includes unlimited reviews (but most filtering and design options won’t be available), Google Reviews rich snippets, 50 review request emails per month, 500 .csv review imports and 100 imports from AliExpress and Amazon. It also comes with Rivyo’s branding and you can only remove it with a paid subscription.
Paid plans include Starter, Business, and Enterprise and cost $5.99, $9.99, and $15.99 per month, respectively. If you pay for a year upfront, it’s a little cheaper. They mostly differ in the number of available reviews and emails. Also, you’ll get the Q&A functionality and a dedicated review page in any paid plan. By choosing Business, you’ll have the possibility to send out coupon codes for reviews and categorize reviews by product groups. If you go with Enterprise, you can deal with an unlimited number of reviews and imports.
