The free plan of Channel.io includes unlimited chats and team members, widget customization, and major integrations. Paid plans also give access to chat history and search, CRM functionality, chatbot, analytics, and other extra features. The monthly price depends on the number of monthly active users: $36 for up to 3,000; $60 for up to 8,000; $84 for up to 20,000; etc.
