The CS Customer Tags & Segments app analyzes customer behavior—what they buy, how much they spend, how often they purchase products, etc.—and suggests a tag to group your audience. Customer Tagger offers the following groups:
- The bargain hunters group for those who shop in the sales section
- The loyal customers group for those who purchase regularly
- The brand advocates group for those who are subscribed to marketing emails
- The big spenders group for those who spend a decent amount of money
- The trendsetters group for those who shop only for new collections
- The students group who shop using their student email
- The location group to indicate the customer's country
- The lifestyle group to indicate the type of product
- The new customers group for those who make their first order
- The repeats group for those who make their second order
- The champions group for top, most loyal customers
- The card abandoners group for those who browse but don’t order
- The early risers group for those who buy in the morning
- The night owl group for those who buy late at night
- The campaign-driven group for those who respond to ads
The app helps keep all information on customers updated and relevant. Setting up customer segments will allow you to build a special communication strategy to attract the interest of each particular segment.
There are three pricing plans to choose from. The free plan works only for development stores, does not include backdating, and allows installing and configuring before transferring to a live store. The basic plan, which costs $15.99 per month, allows you to pay $10 for the first 1,000 order processes and $2 for every 1,000 orders after that. The app will auto-tag customers based on their activity, apply workflows to past orders, and bulk tag for fast segmentation. The extra plan that costs $40.99 per month includes a Shopify Flow Connector for Shopify Plus stores on top of everything else.
